RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS

For Non-Professional (NPDL) and Professional (PDL) Driver’s License:

Current Non-Professional (NPDL) or Professional (PDL) Driver’s License due to expire or expired but NOT more than two (2) years.

1. Download, Print and Fill Up the LTO Application Form. (DOWNLOAD FORM HERE)
2. Medical Certificate with Official Receipt (O.R) from LTO Accredited or Government Physician.
3. Negative Drug Test result from a DOH Accredited Drug Testing Center or Government Hospital.

If Driver’s License Is Expired:

1 Day to 1 Year: 75.00
1 Year and 1 Day to 2 Years: 150.00
More Than 2 Years: 225.00

For Delinquent/ Dormant Driver's License

For Non-Professional (NPDL) or Professional (PDL) Driver’s License expired for more than 2 years, aside from the Renewal Requirements posted above the applicant shall also re-take the LTO Written and Practical Examinations.

So don’t forget to renew your Driver’s License one or two months before the expiry date to avoid the hassle of retaking the exams again.
