Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we’d better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins.
FOCUS on Jesus
Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls - Hebrews 12: 1-3
Jesus knew:
where He had come from,Where he was going,
And why he is here.
When we know that,
We are free to be anything.
We can take even the lowliest job without concern.
I know that I had no hope of saving myself from myself.
But I can now walk boldly before the throne of Grace.Simply because of what Jesus did for me on my behalf.
I am brought here to bring lost children home to our father.
And with it,
I can live without any identity crisis.
I am among the freest people who is very confident of my Father's Love.
I know where I came from...
And I know that I will be in forever in His presence. :)
I am a child of the Great King...
I don't need to prove anything because I've already gained everything through Him who gives me strength...I pray that everyone would experience the joy of being confident that we are all loved unconditionally...there's no need for us to strive...
Jesus said:
"Come... Follow me... And I will make you fishers of men"We just need to follow Him...
He does the works for us...
It is by knowing His instructions, that we get to follow Him.
It is in reading the Bible that we get to know His instructions.
He never intended us to work out our way to receive what He meant for us even before we were created...
We just need to accept our crown,
And we become...
It's in what we become, and not what we do :)
